HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER AT NOBLE GOODS CO.?

We currently accept electronic payments through iDeal,Visa, Mastercard, Sofort Banking, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Klarna Afterpay and PayPal.

All our prices include 21% VAT because Noble Goods Co. is based in the Netherlands.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES?

During the checkout process, you can select your preferred shipping option and view estimated delivery times. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours after we have received the payment.

Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on your location. Please use the Track & Trace code to track your package.

Noble Goods Co. is not responsible if your package gets lost or damaged during transit. All shipments are fully insured and we will be happy to make a claim on your behalf if this should occur.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICK-UPS OR DELIVERY?

Yes, during the checkout process you will be able to choose the option to pick up your order in Utrecht. If you opted for a pickup, you'll be notified through your mobile phone number or e-mail as soon as your order is ready to be picked up.

There is also the option to have it delivered on the same day for a small fee.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Unless stated otherwise, all international orders will be shipped through Fedex with Track & Trace.

Keep in mind that handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U. 

Noble Goods Co. doesn't have control over these fees and they vary from country to country. Any additional charges for customs clearance will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

Smaller goods such as DVDs or T-shirts will be sent out through Deutsche Post mailbox parcel to keep down shipping costs. We will always have proof of postage should any dispute arise.

WHICH COURIER WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

Deliveries within the Netherlands are shipped through PostNL.

European orders are shipped through DPD.

International orders are shipped through Fedex.

In order to save on shipping costs we use Deutsche Post for all small packages from European and International orders.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as the order is shipped you will receive an email with your Track & Trace number.

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

Purchased goods can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Goods must be unworn, unused, unwashed in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Please refer to our return policy before returning any purchased item.
